Delete my WimFIT account

You can do this here, from your browser, without installing the app. We send a 6-digit code to your email address to make sure it is really you, then the account is erased.

What gets deleted, immediately and permanently

  • Your WimFIT account and the email address attached to it, on our authentication server.
  • Your sign-in credentials — you will no longer be able to sign in, and nothing can restore this.

What this does NOT delete

  • Your subscription. It is billed by Apple or Google and keeps renewing until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Do that first.
  • The data stored on your phone — your physical profile and your workout history never left the device. Uninstalling the app removes them.
  • Your purchase history at Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own accounting obligations.
