Terms of Use
Last updated 30 August 2026
Short version: WimFIT is a training app, not a doctor. You can use it for free, you can pay for more, and you can leave whenever you want. The full version follows.
1. What the service is
WimFIT is a mobile app published by DirtyLab that runs HIIT interval workouts locked to the beat of a music track. You choose effort, rest and rounds; the app builds the session, plays the music and counts the intervals. Using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Your account is optional
You can train without an account. Creating one — by email code, Apple or Google — lets you keep your purchases across devices. You are responsible for the mailbox attached to that account. You can delete your account at any time from the app or from our web page, with no explanation needed and no reply to wait for.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Some content and features require a paid subscription. Payment is taken by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), never by us — we never see your card. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You manage and cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, not in WimFIT: uninstalling the app does not cancel anything, and neither does deleting your WimFIT account. Prices, duration and renewal terms are shown in the app before you confirm. Because the money goes to Apple or Google, we cannot issue refunds ourselves: refund requests go to the store you bought from, under its own rules. Where French law grants a right of withdrawal, it applies through that store.
4. Music and content
The tracks, guided sessions, voice coaching and exercise demos in WimFIT belong to DirtyLab or to its licensors. Your subscription buys you the right to use them personally inside the app, and nothing else. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, resell, broadcast in public, or reuse them in your own content. The WimFIT name and logo are ours as well.
5. Health warning — read this one
WimFIT is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. High-intensity interval training is demanding on the heart and the joints. Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you are out of practice, pregnant, recovering from an injury, or living with a heart, respiratory or metabolic condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness or shortness of breath. Calorie figures are rough estimates, not measurements. You train at your own risk and you decide what your body can take — the app never does.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep WimFIT working, but we cannot promise it will never break, never be interrupted, or suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, DirtyLab is not liable for injuries resulting from your training, for indirect damage, or for lost data stored only on your phone. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit — in particular gross negligence or bodily harm caused by us.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms — for a new feature, or a legal change. The date at the top of this page always tells you which version is in force, and a material change will be announced in the app. You can stop using WimFIT at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, tries to extract its content, or breaks the law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent French courts have jurisdiction.
9. Publisher and contact
WimFIT is published by DirtyLab, a French sole proprietorship. For any question about these terms, a purchase or an account, write to us through our support page.
